Roberto Torzini & Walter Mugnaini began moving into the real estate brokerage business in 1975, in Tuscany in the beautiful city of Florence, outside our city as employees of an important brokerage company, arriving, again as employees of the same company, in Arezzo, which was in any case their province of origin, opening a branch.

In 1984, “ Torzini R. e Mugnaini W. Snc ” was born with headquarters in Arezzo,Via G. Monaco 80 , which took over the premises and equipment of the company of which they had been employed up to that point, continuing the sale and rental of apartments, villas, farmhouses, farmhouses, villas, artisan, industrial, commercial warehouses, agricultural companies, farms, land and activities .

In 1992 the company moved its offices to Via Spinello Aretino nc 29, in a building overlooking the small square in front of the "Bastioni", and from January 2016 the agency moved to Via Petrarca 22/a, still the headquarters of the society.

In 1994 the transformation into an LLC took place, taking the name of “ Torzini & Mugnaini srl ” and with this company name it continued to carry out the intermediation activity.

The only and last change that occurred within the company was the expansion of the workforce with the inclusion of Giuliano Soldani as a new partner in the capital and activities of the company.
