Thomas Wallin, owner of IBIS Real Estate Agency, was born in Sweden in 1967 and spent his youth in Gothenburg.

In 1989, he graduated in Economics at the University of Gothenburg. In 1990 he met the woman of his life: an Italian woman from Arma di Taggia, who led him to move to Italy.

In 1993 they opened a residence together. In 1997, after taking his hotelier's licence, he became the manager of the residence.

In 2004, he decided to take the course to become a business agent in mediation and in 2005 he opened the IBIS Real Estate Agency here on the seafront in Arma di Taggia.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and skiing; the area is ideal for practising these sports. Along the Riviera the climate is mild all year round and we are only an hour's drive from the ski slopes of Limone Piemonte!
