The company, Dimore Toscane Srl was formed in the 90s by an English industrial designer and an Italian surveyor.
Together they created an estate agency specialised in offering, an international client base, a personalised property service.

Where we work

We are based in the north of Tuscany, more specifically in the city of Barga, famous for Bargajazz, Operabarga and for being acclaimed as the ‘most Scottish town in Italy’.

The larger part of our work relates to properties in the province of Lucca but we work throughout Tuscany tending to our client’s property needs.

We pride ourselves on being able to find our clients the property that meets their personal property requirements.

Our entire portfolio of properties are not all visible on our web pages.
This is because on occasions Vendors prefer discretion rather than letting the world know they want to sell.
This is another reason why understanding our Buyers requirements as also in our Vendors interest so as not to waste any bodies time.

When it comes to individual properties, it would be far to say that the more interesting or unique the property the more interested we are in having the opportunity to present it to our clients.
