My real estate agency deals with the sale of properties to even non-Italian people who want to invest or want to come and live in Sicily, and especially in our beautiful area of the "Valle del Sosio". The villages of "Bisacquino", "Chiusa Sclafani", "Giuliana" and "Palazzo Adriano" full of medieval historic centers in which to ideally relive the Norman-Swabian and Saracen times, are the ideal place for those who want to live in a prestigious context, quiet and in the midst of unspoiled nature, where human contact still exists.

My task is to follow and advise the customer from the first contact - generally via email -, then, when he decides to view the property, I organize the arrival with the companies affiliated with my agency: the transfer to our countries with the eventual overnight stay and, if needed, putting interpreters at their disposal.

In the moments of confrontation with the buyer I explain in detail the process for the purchase of a property in Italy (from the need to have an Italian tax code to how to do the power of attorney, etc.), I contact the notary to verify the documentation and I follow the customer until the signing of the deed of purchase. Only then is it required to pay the commission for the work done.
