HISTORY

The professional history of Barbara Scheidgen begins at the beginning of the year in 1997.

It has therefore grown within the group, covering all the stages that the profession requires in order to reach the right working maturity and adequate preparation and to face, with the right skills and tools, the ever-evolving real estate market .

In 2001 the opportunity to take over the Alassio sales point was presented: a renowned city, a market always in turmoil, high prices compared to other areas of the Riviera and therefore more demanding and prepared customers, without underestimating the enormous and fierce competition both local agencies and other franchising groups. He faced the new company with the awareness of belonging to a large group and having a winning operating method that could have made the difference.

At the end of 2015, with a consolidated knowledge and experience of the area, the head office moved from Corso Dante to Piazza Sant'Ambrogio with a larger office suitable to functionally accommodate the new services that the fondocasa brand has implemented.

This is how the multi- brand office was born in Alassio where the historic brand, leader in the sales sector, is joined by the new reality of Che Rentals for the management of real estate assets with short and long-term leases guaranteed by insurance formulas for greater protection for our customers and we-units , a financial hoarding company to optimize the purchase with access to the best products of the credit institutions on the market.

Barbara Scheidgen is joined by:

Federico Piazza , accountant, real estate agent, already with experience in the sector, is an office manager and deals with the management of trades.

Alessandro Monteleone , a graduate with more than a year of training within the group, deals with customer relations, property assessment and management, and promotes it.

Michela Piazza , graduated in law with experience in law firms, manages the leases taking care of the contracts, tax compliance and insurance formulas.

Gianluca Vullo , new graduate, is carrying out a training internship within the group and is in charge of finding new properties and monitoring the market to satisfy buyers' requests.

Rodolfo Calcabrina , doctor of law, real estate agent with experience in the management of real estate transactions, deals with feasibility studies, design, sales plans, building site promotion.

Alessia Catalano , external collaborator, graduated in business information systems, deals with marketing, communication, advertising and manages IT resources.

This completes the 360 ° consultancy for the home that goes from research, the right evaluation, the advertising promotion, the choice of the right financing, the sale, the post sale management, the lease and extends up to the turnkey restructuring, to custom-made furniture and to the care and attention of the common parts with the condominium administrations supported by exclusive financial products dedicated to the condominium.
