My name is Lucie (with the e) I was born in Brno on October 4, 1977, in a city of 300,000 inhabitants where I lived until 1998.
Today I live in Italy, in the mountains, on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines in a country of 3000 people. Here I manage my real estate agency.

... with only two comfortable hours by car I am at the sea (both in Riccione and the Tuscan coast),
I have Modena, famous for Ferrari, for Luciano Pavarotti (whom I was lucky enough to meet in person), for Maserati and for Bottura, an hour's drive away.
I have Bologna with its towers, its churches, its history and its airport just an hour away by train,
I have Florence, Pisa and Parma just an hour and a half away by car.
Milan is only two and a half hours on the highway ...

the beauty of the mountains, heritage of all, is protected and protected also by the Superintendency of Fine Arts,
so much beauty is equaled only by the valleys, by the streams and lakes that open from the mountains.

Monte Cimone, Corno alle Scale, Pratignano lake, Dardagna waterfalls, Madonna dell'Acero, Monteacuto delle Alpi, Riva mountains ... it's pure emotion!

Welcome to the mountains, to my mountains where nature, traditions, sport and taste blend harmoniously.

In the cold season my mountains are the ideal destination for all winter sports lovers

pure emotion is skiing, snow boarding and sledging on over 86 km of slopes,
it is an exciting beauty to visit our frozen valleys with the "scarabattole" (snowshoes), or on the fat-bike,
is traveling in time on the dog sled in memory of the fananese Felix Pedro, who found gold in Alaska and founded Fairbanks,
it's fun to ice skate in our spectacular Olympic stadium,
it's nice then to find the warmth of your home, or of the hotel at the wellness center, or at the thermal baths of Porretta, by the pool while it's snowing outside,
it is pleasant in the evening to meet the smile of the people on the street or in the restaurant under the house sipping a mulled wine or sitting for dinner.

In the summer season my countries are a starting point
for excursions in the nature. Take advantage of the over 400km of well-kept scenic trails suitable for everyone ... even by bike or e-bike!

The horse, the farm or the golf club cannot be missing: we have a 9-hole circuit!

There are many soccer fields, tennis courts and sports halls.
If you like water there are outdoor and indoor pools, the natural spas of Porretta, waterfalls and rivers where you can swim. Our rivers are among the cleanest in Italy.
You can also ski on Lake Suviana ... without forgetting that the splendid sea of Forte dei Marmi in is only an hour and a half away by car ..

Finally the gastronomy that is TOP here ... Obviously, we are between Emilia and Tuscany!

tortellini, tortelloni, truffle, tagliatelle with mountain mushrooms, grilled meat from Tuscany or Emilia, soups from cereai from our fields, bruschetta, salami, pasta in the press, crescentine with ancient grains, cakes with our blueberries, raspberries , chestnuts and wild strawberries.

Indigenous Lambrusco wine, crystal clear waters and all the good things offered by the fusion between the two best Italian cuisines: Emilian cuisine and Tuscan cuisine together.
