The experience and quality of a company from Bergamo

The experience stems from over 20 years in the field in the sale of properties in Liguria, Sardinia, in mountain locations such as Limone Piemonte and on Lake Iseo, in the Bergamo area: having designed giving top priority to customer needs has allowed us to to grow with them, to learn, to become stronger and stronger year after year.

The approach to each new residence puts the basic project at the center. First of all, we study the territory: the first study concerns the distinctive features of the area, then we define the requirements for Class A energy certification, we establish the environmentally friendly materials to be adopted and we perfect the thermal and acoustic insulation. We ask ourselves how to improve the exteriors, which finishes to choose, how to enlarge the light spaces, the gardens and the private terraces, which are always present.

We make sure to proportion the number of one, two and three-room apartments, in order to offer the greatest possible variety of choices. We verify that centralized climate management is present in the interiors of the buildings and we instruct our designers to prepare a furnishing project for each home, leaving freedom for subsequent customizations.

The basic project is further reworked in the common areas, in which we define the green areas, children's play areas and additional services, such as the swimming pool, the fitness area and the spa.
