in the foothills of the Majella National Park is perfectly situated between the
beaches of Francavilla al Mare/Ortona and the ski resorts of Passo Lanciano and
Mamma Rossa. With schools, shops and public transport available to the towns of
Guardiagrele and Chieti, Rapino is a lovely town to call home and within easy
access to the major cities of Abruzzo.

The property
itself is a detached house consisting of a two-bedroom, 2 storey house with an
attached one bedroom apartment overlooking the large back garden.  There is a south facing spacious terrace
above the apartment with access from both the upper floor of the house and from

ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet/shower plus
additional washer. The entire apartment has tiled flooring with special
underfloor design to offer air circulation.

Other areas
on the land are the cantina at the front below the living room, ideal for
storage and sports equipment and then at the far end of the garden is the
garage, access from the shared back lane. The garage has recently had a completely
new roof. The entire garden is fenced with gates at both front and rear.
