master bedroom is a large built-in wardrobe with varied layout within each
section.

The apartment
has a private entrance from the driveway and as you enter there is a large main
room used as a dining, sitting room and kitchen. The spacious bedroom has an
ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet/shower plus
additional washer. The entire apartment has tiled flooring with special
underfloor design to offer air circulation.

Other areas
on the land are the cantina at the front below the living room, ideal for
storage and sports equipment and then at the far end of the garden is the
garage, access from the shared back lane. The garage has recently had a completely
new roof. The entire garden is fenced with gates at both front and rear.
