There's also the Saint Thomas Becket church, built probably in 45 AD by a Saint Paul's pupil on the ruins of an old temple dedicated to Hercules, and still today one of the most beautiful churches in the area of Pescara. A few minutes from here there's the ancient village of Salle where you can find the homonymus castle dating back to the 11th century and a bridge where you can do bungee jumping.
