Located in the countryside of Pisticci with one of the most spectacular views of Pisticci (those words are from life-long locals here), is Villa Girasole which sits on 3,600 square meters of fenced in land, just 5 km outside of the charming city of Pisticci.  The Villa was constructed throughout 2022 and completed in 2023.

The living space consists of the main house which includes a kitchen (with refrigerator/freezer, Bertazzoni range with gas stove and electric oven, pot-filler faucet above range, and dishwasher), bar (with Dometic wine refrigerator, Brema commercial ice maker, storage cabinets and open shelving), open concept living room/dining room with wood-burning fireplace, 2 full bathrooms with upgraded high-end fixtures (purchased from Centro Ceramiche Quinto)  and 2 bedrooms. Steps (3) leading up the hallway (with outdoor access) to the bedrooms are illuminated with LED lights.  There are whitewashed wood ceilings throughout, 4 Samsung air conditioning units (main living space and each bedroom), ceiling fans with LED lighting in each bedroom and gas-heated thermostat-controlled floors throughout the main house.  A technical room with an outside entrance from the front patio houses the laundry, hot water heater, pump for the 1500-liter reserve water tank, fuse box and the equipment for the security cameras.  The detached 3rd bedroom is on the pool deck, and we use it as our sports memorabilia/exercise room, but is can easily be converted into an income-producing short-term rental space.  Both the main house and detached bedroom are decorated with modern features and beautiful Italian tile flooring throughout as well as roller blinds on the French doors and custom draperies in the two main bedrooms.  Louvered shutter doors are installed on the main bedroom door and hallway door as well as the detached 3rd bedroom door and window.  Both the main bedroom and guest bedroom have terraces with glass doors.

The villa is equipped with 6 HD full color 5 mega-pixel security cameras with video recorder and 2 terabytes of storage which provides a full outside view of the property on all sides and can be accessed through a smartphone while away from home.  The cameras also have LED lights which light the property from dusk until dawn.
