Along the west coast of Calabria overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea the mountain backdrop is home to several old towns, including Belvedere Marittimo, situated between Scalea to the north and Amantea to the south.
An hour’s drive from Lamezia Terme, Belvedere is just 2km from the seaside resort of Belvedere Marittimo.
Close to the castle in Belvedere old town, we have a 55 sqm property which requires minor renovation and upgrading. The townhouse is accessed through a charming arched portal and down a few steps. The front door opens into a hallway. To the left is the bathroom. Down a few steps and again on the left is the kitchen.
