Marvellous organic farm and winery with buildings overlooking the sea

Nestled in the enchanting lands of the Amalfi Coast, between the sea and the sky, this renowned winery dominates the surrounding landscape with a spectacular view. Situated in an extraordinarily panoramic location, it presents aspects of the most authentic Campanian tradition with a total surface area of around 22 hectares and falls within the territory of the Monti Lattari Regional Park. Its land rises up to 500 metres above sea level, but its lowest point is almost at sea level, only 50 metres. The splendid farm includes a 6.1 ha vineyard, a 2.4 ha olive grove and a 2.6 ha lemon orchard. The remaining 10.9 ha are used for the production of organic jams and honey.

One of the primary objectives of the company is to manage the crops organically, guaranteeing that they are grown in an environmentally friendly manner entirely. The 150 square metre cellar, located in the upper part of the property, is the heart of the farm and is in perfect structural and aesthetic condition. Inside, there are various rooms for the transformation and processing of the grapes. The roof of the building is equipped with a photovoltaic system that supplies electricity to part of the building.

The property comprises 10 stone and masonry buildings and large pools. These buildings, which have an extraordinary view, are totally in need of renovation for a total of 464 square metres. The possibility of recovering them would serve as a supporting element to create a high-level receptive activity linked to the company’s eco-biological ideals.
