The villa is located in Rocca di Roffeno (30-minute drive from Bologna).

Rocca di Roffeno is a lovely village on the hills around Bologna, 750 metres aboce sea level. It is the ideal destination for tourists keen of natural beauties.
The weather is very healthy and temperate.
A holiday here could be a wonderful chance to enjoy natural life in the valleys and hills of Emilian territory. You can play any sport: horse riding, archery, tennis, trekking in wood, bike riding and in the summer time, there is a carming open-air swimming-pool 8 kilometres away.
The town is medieval, with XIV century buildings and towers.
There are also traces of the romans. These are the places of Matilde di Canossa and Giorgio Morandi. Nearly these is the thermal center of Porretta Terme.
In the surroundings there are several Natural Parks easily reachable.

To reach Bologna by car it will take 1 hour (it is a 45 kilometres far). It will be the same to reach Modena.
