LIZANO this is really the right home to be... happy, to be in love, to be complicit and cuddled.
The house is nice, new and collected, is in a small country hamlet .... If she is pretty and nice outside, inside she is a wonder!
There is a fireplace-stove that is right in the living room and happens to be right in front of the large sofa ... it is certainly nice to stay nestled under a covered of hot piles while the stove-fireplace heats your feet and accompanies you with the trembling light of the wood that slowly burns by mezzanine ...
Here the walls are plastered and show exposed stone parts, there are lit and charming niches each with its own beautiful architect in antique wood ... and then the ceiling: spectacular beams and antique oak tables ... Alessandro tells me (pope of the owner) that these beams are the original and are from the 1600s. And you have to believe it because they are beautiful but above all because the house has renovated it precisely Alessandro for his daughter.
Obviously, we are in the mountains and the atmosphere is precisely that of the Apennine mountain hut!
Right next to the sofa there are two beautiful niches in the wall. Illuminate and with the exposed wooden architrave ... one houses an old wine barrel used as a lamp.
On the opposite side of the entrance from the common garden but usable there is a kitchen that is large and spacious, usable and convenient just as it should be. Here on the left is a beautiful fitted wall, a vintage smeg green fridge in line with the toaster: a trifle! In the middle there is a beautiful dining table for 8 comfortable places and ... wonder, stand up your eyes and I see a beautiful exposed wooden roof, airy and attic. Can you imagine the kitchen? Rirono now in the living room, the fireplace is there that shatters, a beautiful wooden block is heating the house. Now Alessandro invites me to go upstairs in the sleeping Zna. The spiral staircase in iron and wood leading upstairs is convenient and full of details of the old house (chid and iron lives) well enhanced. Arrival in the hallway night and then opens the room that acts as a walk-in wardrobe because the real bedroom is immediately above: the bedroom is the mezzanine. Fantastic: you can reach yourself by walking a staircase in carved pine wood, studied and wanted to be unfinished. Here is the room that inspired me the name of the house: here is the nest of cuddles. A pretty bedroom with a double bed, two abatjours, the exposed roof, some accessories here and there, the railing made of iron rods and above all to light the mezzanine a large darkable bark.
How beautiful! I like it very much as a house. I would like very much ... I imagine myself being here while outside it snows ... quiet in the most complete silence, that of the snow that goes down and everything covers.
On the 1st floor under the mezzanine there is a beautiful bathroom with shower and open glass garage.
Is there anything missing?
Yes, I haven't told you yet that under the living room there is the "cellar" (plus basement), the laundry room and the convenient garage.
Around the house there are garden areas common to the other houses of the square.
Apart from that it is possible to have a small piece of land.
What do you think you're interested in?
If you think it is a bit small there is the possibility of having the house (terra roof) next door that is still to be restored, only the roof is new.
