The first floor is reached via a large staircase whose stone steps were recovered from the ancient building. The staircase leads to an area used as a small living room, suitable, for example, for reading.
To the left of the staircase is a room of 65 square metres, consisting of the master bedroom of 40 square metres with a fireplace, its 12-square metre private bathroom (with a whirlpool tub for two people at the same time), and a room with wardrobes. The fireplace is a closed fireplace, which can heat the whole room independently from the rest of the house.
