Villa Diamante is located in Vignola in the province of Modena, about 20 km from the city center. The property is located in a context characterized by total privacy and tranquility while remaining in a convenient location close to services and public transport.

The Villa is divided into two units located on a large private lot of more than 4 hectares. Entrance to the property can be through two driveway gates, within the lot it is possible to park more than 10 cars in the large basement garage, and at least as many in the outdoor parking area.
