Palazzo Miani 

A grand historic palazzo, built in the 1700's for the important Miani family, who still retain ownership of the home today. Located in the historic centre of Arpino, in the charming 'Colle' district, just a short pleasant stroll to the main piazza, the Palazzo offers incredible views from almost every room. 
The palazzo is being offered as a whole unit, or the apartments are for sale individually. 

Built as a grand home, over the years, as the needs of the family changed, the palazzo was split into 3 separate apartments. Each apartment is independently accessed from the beautiful staircase. All 3 feature fantastic views from the many tall windows stretching across the front of each floor.
