Santa Lucia rudere, olive grove and vineyard

Santa Lucia is a very pictiresque part of Arpino , located just a few minutes drive from the main piazza.  
The mid-level valley area is very lush and enjoys incredible view back up to Arpino's old center and accross the lower parts of the valley, then on to the mountains beyond. 

This particular farm has been lovingly maintained for many years by the same family and produces wonderful olive oil and both red and white wines.  
There are also various mature fruit trees, such as figs, apples, pears and persimmons. 

The semi-attached rudere house is in its orginal state.  The upstairs street level part of the home contrains three rooms, while there are two working cantinas still used today in the production of wine.

There is the option to restore the house or to remove the structure and rebuild in the same position, or another area of the property.
