Villa Ferrari 

Built in the 1800's for the noble Ferrari family, Villa Ferrari is a stunning example of that period's best architecture. Fully restored by the current owners, and custom designed to house a successful function business, the Villa is being offered on an 'as is' basis. Everything is included for you to run your own functions centre - all furniture, decorations, kitchen equipment, service ware, etc.  

The Villa is set upon an impressive estate of some 16 hectares in the Ceprano area - only an hour from Rome and 1.5 hours from Naples. The original owners used the fertile land to grow wines, but this venture has been discontinued for now. The drive up to the home is quite spectacular, the impressive iron gates open onto a long tree lined drive which lead directly up to the Villa. With the functions business in mind, you may turn off from this drive towards a large parking area to the rear of the Villa, and then on to the beautiful second entrance to the home. Alternatively, deliveries to the kitchen can directly access via special entry to the large store rooms, cool rooms and kitchen area. 

The Villa is set over 3 floors - and there are 2 lifts to service them, as well as grand staircases. To the front of the Villa is a covered, spacious entertaining terrace which offers beautiful views, and a fabulous place to host summer functions. The ground floor main entry door leads into a very impressive set of function rooms, which feature original highly decorated coffered wood beamed ceilings, frescoes, and handmade terracotta tiled floors. All fully restored to the highest level, these rooms are quite breathtaking. A separate bar area is located to the front of this space, and there are ample well-appointed marble bathrooms for guests.

A staff service lift joins these kitchens to the ones located directly above. There are dedicated rooms for staff, linen, service ware, cold storage and dishwashing. 

The ground floor rear entry doors lead to the stylish wine cellars - which have been set up not only to store wine for the functions business - but also to host guest's tasting events. 

The 1st floor of the Villa features a lovely, spacious terrace area to the rear - which leads on to a gorgeous reception room & various lounge areas. A private chapel means wedding or Christening ceremonies may be conducted on site. The main reception room is themed around the 4 seasons. This stunning main room is bordered by beautiful marble statues which classically depict the seasons and add enormous elegance to the room. To the front of this grand room is a series of huge windows, from which you may gaze upon the impressive views. There are various smaller reception rooms on this level, each decorated in its own style - and allowing you to host more than one function at a time. Dedicated kitchens are also located on this floor. 

Upstairs, the second floor of the Villa houses 6 spacious bedrooms, reached from a wide central hallway. Each suite is beautifully decorated and each features a full ensuite bathroom. The largest bedroom suite is located across the front of the villa and features a series of rooms - including his and hers bathrooms, as well as dining and sitting areas. 

In the past, the owners have offered these rooms to function guests , but it would also be possible to keep these rooms for private use.
