A few steps down from the kitchen is one of three large cellar rooms, which will be a handy storeroom/ pantry for the kicthen.  The room is currently set up for wine-making, while from the other cellar rooms one is uded to house the various services, and the other might become a garge.

The wonderful rooftop terrace is just few steps up from the kitchen and living room.  Both terraces of this home enjoy spectacular views of the old town on one side, and of the enormous mountain ranges on the other. 

The town of Santopadre is  located just a little further along than Arpino.  This town is another walled town, and the town piazza has some of the most striking views of mountains.  Every Tuesday morning there is a large farmers market, which much organic fruit and vegetable on offer. 

Rome and Naples are approximately 1.5 hours by car, and beaches and ski fields are are about an hours drive.
