Among the alleys and stairways of this village, there are small squares and panoramic terraces: the main square of the municipality itself is a veritable terrace-viewpoint overlooking the Lake Canterno Nature Reserve, whose seasonal colour shades are reflected in the lake's waters, creating harmonious suggestions of colours.

The landscape of the nature reserve, predominantly karstic, consists of dolines, swallow holes and caves with singular and scenic stalagmite formations: the Cave of Madonna della Stella and the Cave of Corniano are worth a visit.
