VILLA ENEA TERRACINA (LT)

The property consists of a GROUND FLOOR of 105 sq.mt., five rooms on a single level that create large internal and external spaces in harmony with the landscape. A minimalist design focussed on essentials. Fresh and light tones, a strategy that enhances every space, both in the living area and in the bedrooms, where the true feeling is of a maritime-style house. All the rooms have been embellished with tile flooring in exquisite marine colours. 

And then we have the heart of the house, the outdoor area, a splendid 40 sq.mt. porticoed front patio, for relaxing al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners, where you can gather with family and friends, where you can enjoy the view and the sound of the sea, a space that overlooks the living area through a large French window, and also opens onto the 19 sq.mt. kitchen  -  the kitchen in pastel blue colour, a modern, spacious, bright kitchen, lots of light pouring in from the large window, a room with both internal and external access from the patio, the characteristic exposed beams that surround the entire kitchen environment, the colours and style of the tiled walls and floors again continuing the theme of a maritime home. And finally on this level there is an additional 6 sq.mt. rear porticoed patio.

In addition to this magnificent ground floor, Villa Enea also includes a separate LOWER GROUND level, accessed by a 48 sq.mt. driveway.  This lower ground level has a total surface area of 75 sq.mt., presently configures as a small entrance hallway of 3 sq.mt. which opens into a 35 sq.mt. lounge or ('taverna’) with open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms of 18 sq.mt. and 11sq.mt. respectively and a 7 sq.mt. bathroom.
