The house was built in the early seventies, it is in good condition and immediately habitable. However, some modernisation work is certainly required (kitchen, bathroom, possibly windows).

Conio is an independent, small mountain village that belongs to the municipality of Borgomaro. It lies beautifully situated at the end of the Maro Valley and is ideal for relaxing or for hiking and cycling tours.

Borgomaro is approx. 12 km away, Imperia and the sea are approx. 25 km away. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be found in Borgomaro, a public bus connects Conio with Imperia.
