Situated at 450m above sea level and a 30minute drive from the coast with the lively town of Imperia, lies the peaceful village of San Pietro. The village is nestling among olive groves, gardens and meadows and is a perfect starting point from where to explore the surrounding woodland either on foot or by bike. Hiking routes crossing natural stone bridges and passing olive oil mills lead to several places where to enjoy a refreshing dip in the gushing river.
During the summer months the small bar in Ville San Pietro invites every 2-3 weeks to a summer feast offering local culinary delights and a local farmer has a stall selling fresh fruit and vegetables twice a week.
