The land plot is located in the center of Dolcedo. There is a bus stop and public parking areas nearby.
Dolcedo, the picturesque village on the Prino River with a baroque church, medieval
bridges, and alleys, offers various shops, cafes and restaurants, a post office, and a
primary school/kindergarten.
It is only about 7 km from Imperia with its numerous beaches, shops, and one of
the largest marinas on the Riviera. Imperia offers the best climate in Italy - mild
winters and temperate summers.
