This is a bungalow with a removable caravan located in the Alpine Campsite in Nava, a lovely holiday park equipped with every service to spend quality time in the cool and immersed in nature.

Nava, located at 934 m above sea level, is a pass in the Ligurian Alps that via the state road connects Imperia in about 30 minutes by car and in less than an hour to Mondovì. This small reality has the characteristic of being famous for the cultivation of lavender and of being "guarded" by a system of historic fortifications.

A few steps from the campsite there is the restaurant, the recently redone tennis court and 5 minutes away the equestrian center.

The property surface is divided into about 50 meters of garden with parking space and 25 meters of living area including bungalow and caravan.

The independent entrance from the garden leads directly to the bright living area equipped with a kitchenette.

The sleeping area is in the caravan and has three beds as well as a small bathroom that is currently not served by hot water.

Important to note that the structure was built in compliance with the campsite regulations, it is equipped with gas heating with an external cylinder.
It is possible to replace the caravan by creating a single structure entirely in wood with a maximum surface area of ​​28 m2.

Maintenance costs are currently EURO1,300 per year including water (not winter months) and maintenance of the common areas of the campsite.
It is also equipped with a dedicated pitch for toilets with showers, picnic area, barbecue area and camper area.

For the purchase of a bungalow, notary fees are not foreseen.
The caravan, however, being registered, requires the transfer of ownership.
