Valloria is a small medieval village on a hilltop in the hinterland of Imperia (municipality of Prelà), with picturesque alleys and beautiful views down to the sea. A nice restaurant and the "Museum of Forgotten Things" also exist.
The whole village is a unique open-air museum! Art lovers will find 151 works of art here: 151 painted doors. They are stable, shed, and cellar doors, painted by renowned artists during the summer festivals held annually in Valloria.
More restaurants and grocery shops can be found in Molini di Prelà (about 4 km away) and Dolcedo (approx. 6 km).
Valloria is only about 15 km from Imperia with its numerous beaches, shops, and one of the largest marinas on the Riviera. Imperia boasts Italy's "best climate" - mild winters and temperate summers.
