- the third building is larger and consists instead of 4 rooms on the ground floor that were former storage rooms, also on the ground floor a kitchen and living room and from here access to the first floor with a beautiful wooden mezzanine, a passing room with fireplace, two rooms used as bedrooms.
The structure, slabs and roofs have been renovated, the windows are in double glazed wood, the doors in wood, the finishings are partly original, there is no electricity but electric cables have been run through the walls (to be verified by a technician if they are usable/exploitable according to current regulations), spring water, septic tank.
