The French Côte d'Azur with its beautiful places such as Menton, Nice, Cannes or Monte Carlo can also be reached in short time. The nearest airports are Nice and Genoa, both about 60-90 minutes away by car. But even without a car, the area can be explored, as a railway line on the coast connects Genoa with the French Mediterranean resorts.
