Vittoriale degli italiani, monumental citadel built on the shores of Lake Garda as the home of the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio, who lived there from 1921 to 1938. It was designed by the architect Giancarlo Maroni and since 1925 it has been a national monument, a destination of interest for tourists and Not.
