In Moniga del Garda, in an exclusive elegant and elegant context a few meters from the lake, 8 single villas will be built with direct access to the beaches via a road and common area where each villa will have its own lockable compartment/storage area for sunbeds and various equipment.
The solutions will be built according to the CasaClima Nature A standard.
For heating the rooms, the installation of a radiant floor panel system is planned.
Each villa will be equipped with a cooling system, with a dedicated heat pump and diffusers distributed within the various main rooms.
Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of each individual villa to support the heat pump.
A single villa with large private garden and swimming pool will be built on a plot of approximately 2550 m².
The villa is spread over a single floor and has a total gross surface area of approximately 156 m² (net surface area 130 m²).
The solution consists of a large living room with dining room and kitchen, from the living room you can access via a sliding door directly to the porch of approximately 85 m².
From the hallway you enter the sleeping area where we find three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Moniga is certainly one of the main food and wine locations in the Brescia area
of Lake Garda.
Moniga del Garda is located in the center of Valtenesi, renowned for its excellent cuisine and Chiaretto wine, a typical rosé wine that has promoted Moniga del Garda as the City of Chiaretto.
Moniga borders Manerba del Garda, a town in Valtenesi which is worth visiting for its extraordinary fortress overlooking the lake, with Soiano which offers the most beautiful golf course in Italy.
Also worth visiting is Padenghe whose Castle, very similar to that of Moniga, stands out from the top, even if it is less well preserved than that of Moniga. However, it offers a view of the Gulf which embraces an extensive stretch of lake.
