The large property to renovate with  lake view  consisting of several buildings and 4500 m2 of land with amazing lake and mountain views. It is a project to be developed and allows for different solutions; it can become an exclusive property with swimming pool, 6 bedrooms, large living area and guest house. Or it can be divided into independent buildings, of different surfaces, to be rented for vacation.

The property is located a few minutes drive from Argegno, just outside an ancient hamlet, away from the noise of traffic and the crowded lake. It is the ideal location for those who love nature and silence, but want to reach the lake and its villages or the city in a few minutes.

The buildings
The property consists of a house on three living levels over the cellar floor and the attic. It is an old peasant house typical of the place, not inhabited for a long time. All the windows and the large terrace have an incomparable lake view.

Beside the  house there is what was originally the stable for the cows; is a large stone building of Moltrasio on two floors.

In front of the house, a little further down, there is an old collapsed building but that can be rebuilt if desired. All the buildings enjoy the wonderful lake view and the total surface is about 340 m2.

The land
The land is kept as a lawn and develops on the front of the buildings. It is made up of large terraces  supported by ancient stone walls. The area is very sunny, very dry and slightly windy during the summer, while in winter it enjoys a milder climate than the town of Argegno that it's colder. The surface of the land is about 4500 m2.

The draft project
A draft of the project has been drawn up. The project involves the refurbishment of the complex into a residential unit with a large  pool and a small guest cottage.

Based on this project, the estimate for the renovation is between 700 / 800K, depending on the personal wishes and the type of interior finishes.
