Enchanting Villa with large, planted garden
The villa is located in the prestigious residential context of Cascina Pelada. Spread over three levels, it has a large garden of about 1500 square metres and a livable portico in front of the entrance. On entering we are greeted by a large living room with large windows overlooking the garden, connected to the newly furnished kitchen and a study. The living room has a beautiful fireplace with forced ventilation, as in the kitchen, and its size allows the spaces to be arranged according to relaxation and dining functions. It is particularly spacious because it has double height, which makes the room very bright and charming. On the same floor is a guest bathroom with shower and a bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. A staircase covered in African tanga wood leads us to the first floor where there is a large and comfortable open space dedicated to a TV room or study overlooking the living room from which the volumes of the entire villa can be perceived. On this level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each room has walk-in wardrobes and large windows that look directly onto the property's garden. In the recent and total renovation of the villa, completed in May 2024, valuable materials were used, such as stone flooring in the living room and the ground floor bedroom, African tanga wood parquet in the living room and staircase, dove grey ceramic in the kitchen, and porcelain stoneware in the bedrooms on the first level. A basement floor completes the villa where we find a laundry room, a bathroom, a tavern with fireplace, various storage rooms as well as technical rooms and a double garage. Cantù is an exclusive residential area of the city of Como with many shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. In addition to the excellent public schools in the city, the prestigious and renowned International School of Fino Mornasco is in the immediate vicinity. Como city centre can be reached in approx. 21 minutes (approx. 12 km). The city of Como is the provincial capital and also the most important town on Lake Como. Its guests and residents can find numerous museums, shops, restaurants, lounge bars, cinemas and theatres here. The ferry companies invite you to cross over to the smaller towns on the lake, such as the famous village of Bellagio. The most important infrastructures are close by and easy to reach.
