The Villa Aurora was recently built the small town of Carlazzo, situated between Lake Como and Lake Lugano.
Nestled in a garden with an automatic irrigation system, the villa impresses with high-quality furnishings, bright rooms, elegant floors, beautiful wooden beam ceilings on the upper floor, modern technology and a beautiful view of the mountains, Lago di Piano and Lake Lugano. The villa has three floors which are connected by stairs.
A driveway with a gate leads to an entrance area on the ground floor of the villa. This opens onto a large living room and a dining area with an open kitchen. A woodburning stove provides warmth and creates a cosy atmosphere. The large windows and the glazed door capture the beautiful view and offer access to a terrace and the garden. A guest bathroom adjoins.
The villa's upper floor has two bedrooms (each with a balcony). One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bath and a second bathroom has a balcony.
The basement houses two large garages, a heating room and technical rooms. There is an option to purchase an additional garage.
The town of Carlazzo is five minutes away from the town of Porlezza. Over the years, the up-and-coming municipality has been discovered by tourists and is now competing with its big Swiss cousin Lugano.
Lake Lugano's beauty is all around you, whether you are strolling along the promenade with real Italian ice cream or enjoying a romantic dinner in one of the high-quality restaurants. Numerous shops invite you to stroll. If you're looking for a vibrant nightlife and cosmopolitan flair, you'll find the charming Swiss city of Lugano just a 20-minute drive away. Milan, with its international airports Malpensa and Linate, can be reached in an hour and a half (93 km). If you love skiing and snowboarding, you're in luck: The famous winter sports resorts St. Moritz (CH) and Livigno (Ital.) are only 2.5–3 hours away.
