The villa, built at the end of the 19th century, is surrounded by a park of more than four hectares, lying on the eastern shore of Lake Annone: careful care by the current owner, has restored it to its former glory with its oak trees, magnolias, oak trees, cedars from Lebanon, beech trees, and the very rare taxodiums, with fairytale aerial roots. Already walking along the entrance avenue, in fact, approaching the villa and the lake, we seem to enter a magical and romantic atmosphere.
