Location:
Very private and quiet setting with a view of the green, unspoilt surroundings - a perfect place to relax. Distances: to the charming villages Arcevia, San Lorenzo in Campo and Castelleone di Suasa with shops, bars and restaurants between 8 and 13 km each and to the Airport of Ancona approx. 53 km.

Distance to the Sea:
About 33 km to the beaches between Marotta and Senigallia.

Condition:
The house has been renovated and the upper floor is immediately habitable. The ground floor still consists of the old cantina and stable rooms and can be converted into additional living space if required.
During the renovation, great importance was attached to preserve the old materials and the atmosphere of this former farmhouse as far as possible.
Beautiful details give the house its very special character. Among other things, the natural stone facade was partially exposed, new windows with integrated fly screens and interior shutters as well as a new entrance door were installed, the electrics and the wooden beam ceilings were overhauled and two beautiful terraces were created at the house.
