A perfect location for anyone interested in lovely walks and in great outdoors.
Le Marche. One of the most beautiful and attractive regions of Italy. While most tourists visiting the Italian countryside head to Tuscany, a few smart travelers aim for the region next door.
Shopping? Armani, Hogan, Tod’s, Prada. These are just few of the worldwide well-known fashion brands. Outlet factories are all over the region and easy to reach.
Food? A “wine&food” holiday’s tour. We do not want to tell you more about it.. just come over and try! A mixture of tradition and refinement to make you feel your deep inside …
Art? Its history goes back to Roman times and beyond, the area is the birthplace of the renaissance and home to many art treasures. Come over to admire masterpieces of religious art by Tiziano, Raffaello, Lorenzo Lotto, Guido Reni, Carlo Crivelli and other masters in museums around Marche region.
Religion? Through the San Francesco route and other prominent religious itineraries, you can discover marvelous jewels that are waiting for you to be relived. Some of the most visited religious shrines: the Sanctuary of “La Madonna dell’Ambro”, just a few km away from “Casa Alessandrina”.
But there's even more! From the mountains to the sea… Ski-lifts at Sassotetto on a side and the Adriatic Sea on the other are both reachable in one-hour drive. Ancona Falconara airport is only 70 Km away!

“Casa Alessandrina” is on three floors and built on bedrock, which can be clearly seen in the lower level. The house is composed of a kitchen with fireplace, a living, three double bedrooms, one bathroom and a storage room. Great mountains view from all windows. No condominium expenses and very low cost of management and maintenance.
“Casa Alessandrina” takes its name from Lady Alessandrina who was a schoolteacher and owner of the house at that time. When we bought it from the heirs, we kept it exactly as it was and used to be... A magical atmosphere of caring and love. A dive into the past, into our childhood, that brings us to our present.
"You need a home town. If not for anything, just for the sake of leaving it behind you. Your home town means you're never alone; it means that there's a piece of you, in each person, plant or land you belong to. Awaiting forever, even when you're not there." Cesare Pavese
