STATE AND FINISHES
The properties are in excellent condition even though the renovation dates back to 2007. The windows have double glazing and the shutters are in painted aluminium. In the main apartment, floors are in stone-effect tiles; the kitchen is modern and functional. The two bathrooms are both with shower. The staircase leading to the mezzanine is made of wood and steel with open steps for greater brightness, the wood stove allows substantial savings and helps create atmosphere on winter evenings.
