Belonged to a noble family it is a national monument for its historic and architectural features.
The stone cottage dates back to the second half of the ‘800 century and consists of three levels for a total of around 130 sq m.
On the GROUND FLOOR there is a kitchen (4.56 m x 3.66 m = 16.68 sq m) with fireplace and old style kitchen that worked with embers, living area with panoramic balcony now used as bedroom (4.49 m x 4.57 m = 20.51 sq m), toilet with sink (1.21 m x 0.94 m = 1,13 sq m); on the FIRST FLOOR, connected from inside staircase master bedroom (2.91 m x 4.51 m = 13.12 sq m) with bathroom and balcony (1.48 m x 1.62 m = 2.39 sq m) with shower, double bedroom (2.96 m x 4.60 m = 13.61 sq m) and a bathroom (1.44 m x 3.41 m = 4.91 sq m).
