Hidden treasure in the woods!

This secluded property, surrounded by natural forest, is within walking distance of beautiful Canelli (2km from the centre).
The property is made up of 3 stone buildings which are estimated to be about 300 years old.  There is a main house, a rustico and a fienile.  The main house and fienile have been fully renovated and the rustico is partly finished.
All 3 buildings have 1 metre thick stone walls and this feature of raw stone is visible both inside and out.  The house and fienile have a mixture of ceilings made of traditional brick voltini and wooden beams.
The southerly aspect of the buildings means that full sun is enjoyed in the courtyard all year round and the L shape formed by the house and the rustico mean that the courtyard is sheltered from northly winds. There is a pergola in the sheltered courtyard area, which is a perfect place to eat in summer under the shade of the 100 year old wisteria which grows over it.  This same wisteria grows along the entire front of the house and contributes to the coolness of the house in summer.
The side entrance to the house leads into an entry.  To the right is a bathroom with shower and laundry.  To the left is a modern kitchen, a lounge and a dining room.  Off the lounge there is a cantina, which is useful for storage of wine and excess kitchen items but could also be used as a 3rd bedroom.
There is an open stairway from the lounge that leads to the next floor.  Once at the top, to the right there is a main bedroom with balcony and a huge ensuite which also has a balcony.  To the left there is the 2nd bedroom and an open area which the current owners use as an office.  On walking through the office area, there is a huge room with a high wooden ceiling.  The current owners use this as a relax and hobby room but it could also be used as a 4th bedroom.
In the rustico, there is a bathroom, kitchen and bedroom downstairs and a lounge upstairs which leads out onto a very private terrace which joins it to the house.  The terrace has an open fire which is great for outside entertainment in cooler weather.
The property is semi-attached via the rustico/terrace so the house itself feels like an independent building.
In the fienile, there is a secure garage, a shed, and the upper level contains an extensive entertainment area.  A 15 year old wisteria grows over the entire front of the fienile and contributes to the coolness of the shed in summer.
The land surrounding the house has an easily maintained garden (ornamental plants and herbs) and is grassed and fenced, while several small paddocks contain fruit trees (cherries, apples, figs, plums, mulberries) and hazelnut and almond groves.
