Specchiolla. Prestigious villa with swimming pool overlooking the sea not far from the Torre Guaceto nature reserve.

Location: detached villa located on the Adriatic coast in a quiet area, reachable by a typical internal road that leads to the beach.
Description: the villa has been renovated for less than a year, placed in the center of a plot of land completely bordered by walls and hedges. The structure can be defined as a unique object due to its position that allows it to enjoy total privacy with a direct view of the sandy beach, a portion of which is being adopted. The property is located in a quiet area, but not far from public beaches with restaurants and mini markets. The house has been renovated with the intention of creating a receptive structure, in fact inside 4 bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower as well as a small service kitchen have been created. Instead, as regards the living area, this was built in the large outdoor veranda covered in stone, overlooking the sea, where there is a stainless steel kitchen with a dining table. The large veranda would also allow for a seating area with sea view.
Conditions: the original house dates back to the early 90s, it was subsequently purchased and completely renovated, from the reconstruction of all the systems to the installation of new floors under which igloos for insulation were installed. In addition, all the plasters have been redone and the outdoor spaces have been created. There are all the necessary comforts so that the house can be used during the summer period, there are in fact photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity and for the production of domestic hot water, air conditioners for cooling, PVC windows with double glazing, alarm system with video surveillance, rigid above ground pool covered, with wooden walkway.
Installations: the property has a tank for the collection of rainwater, as regards the disposal of waste water there is the Imhoff pit and for the production of domestic hot water there are solar panels.
Land: the property is completely fenced and has an external surface of about 1,250 square meters.
Outdoor spaces: access to the property from the sea side with automatic gate. The outdoor spaces have been divided into a green area and squares with gravel from one of which, through stone pedestrian guides, you reach the barbecue area with gazebo, table and chairs, on the other side a circular bench with a central brazier has been built.
