Ancient farmhouse partly in stone with land and independent trullo.

LOCATION: the structure is located in a panoramic and inhabited area all year round, easily reachable via an asphalted road from which there is direct access leading to the house.
DESCRIPTION: The property includes an ancient manor house in stone on the back of which a building of similar size has been built with stone cladding on the outside and tuff on the inside. In the old part of the house, all the attics are with carriage vaults and barrel vaults and it includes a living room with a fireplace and kitchenette, as well as a bedroom with an attached bathroom. The portion built in a later period communicates with the old part, connections have been made for a second kitchen with a dining room and access door on the back, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Also part of the sale is a trullo to be restored which includes a large cone which has an alcove on one side and a fireplace with oven on the other, and is located at the entrance to the property.
CONDITIONS: a few years ago the old part underwent some renovations, from the removal of the plaster, sandblasting and jointing of the vaults, to the laying of the floors and construction of the water, heating and electricity systems. In the recently built part, all the systems have been prepared and they must be completed together with the floors and all the fixtures and internal doors. Once the renovation is complete, you can have a large house with a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms or two independent houses, one on the front and one on the back.
INSTALLATIONS: it is necessary to request the electricity connection which was present previously, the water supply is guaranteed by a large cistern built at the time of the renovation. It will therefore be necessary to install an Imhoff pit for the discharges and complete all the systems.
LAND: the structure is positioned in the center of arable land on the front of the house and planted with some olive trees on the rear side.
OUTDOOR SPACES: a large veranda to be paved was built on the front of the house and a comfortable staircase was built on the right side which leads to the panoramic terrace.
