Location: the villa is located in the village of Costa Merlata a few steps from the beach.
Description: the villa is independent on all sides and is surrounded by an ornamental garden with alternating squares and flower beds. From the main entrance, you enter the living area which includes a very bright living room with a window and an access door to the side patio. In the living room, there is a fireplace covered in stone in perfect working order, at the moment it has an electric fireplace with a remote control. From the living room there is direct access to the dining area and then to the kitchen with a peninsula hob, completely made to measure.
