Installations: All systems are working and the electrical system has been redone both inside and outside. Cistern for water supply and septic tank for waste water. In the living room there is a Montegrappa pellet stove and the house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and alarm system.
Land: the villa is completely fenced and has an electric driveway gate. The garden has a staircase for direct access to the beach.
Outdoor spaces: the villa has a level patio with a shaded area and direct access from the living room and a patio below where there is the solarium area, the round stone table in the centre of which a barbecue has been built, as well as another barbecue for large barbecues and at the back of the villa there is an outdoor shower.
