The village of Specchia is strategically located in the province of Lecce, the splendid capital of Salento. The villa is situated at the foot of the promontory where the village is located, in a strategic position that makes it possible to reach the beautiful beach of Castromarina in a quarter of an hour's drive and Santa Maria di Leuca, the pearl of Salento, in about twenty minutes, or to reach the sparkling city of Gallipoli, which is only 40 kilometers away.
