The Residenze Casa Maris is located in a small village of 2000 inhabitants . It is built in Sardinian architecture and high construction quality with particular attention to energy efficiency. Typically Sardinian elements such as gently rounded structures, roofs covered with Sardinian roof tiles, hand-made lime-based interior plaster, wrought iron railings, window sills in white Orosei marble, shutters, Sardinian floor tiles, hand-made wall lamps and many design elements give the project a very special character and make each apartment unique.
The long-standing, reliable collaboration with professional craftsmen on site guarantees the perfect execution of all details. Each unit is planned down to the smallest detail and is functionally sophisticated. There are only 8 units in the residence. There are no fixed costs, property management is possible on request. The entrance to the apartment on the 1st floor is reached via the wide, bright staircase which is only common with the penthouse apartment. When you enter the spacious living area, you will immediately be fascinated by the breathtaking panoramic view . The living room in combination with the terrace directly in front appears very large and bright thanks to the uniform light tiling and the 3 m long sliding door. Thanks to the mild climate, the spacious covered panoramic terrace offers comfortable space for cozy dining and relaxing or for digital work 300 days a year. The high ceiling height of 2.70 gives the apartment its own charm and spaciousness. There is also a kitchenette in the living room. We enter the sleeping area, which is separated from the living area by a door. The two double bedrooms have large windows. The main bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine connection and a window. The second bathroom also has a shower, sink and toilet. The hot water boiler is located in the storage room.
As a heating and cooling system, innovative fan coil units with an attractive design are installed in each room. The unit has its own heat pump. The private parking space is located in front of the apartment and has a device for charging the electric car.
The apartment has all electrical and plumbing services independent and from the other units and therefore there are no fixed or management costs.
