In San Pantaleo, an ancient farmhouse from the late 19th century, now renovated.
In the most characteristic village of Gallura, a few minutes from the beaches of the Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo, in a private naturalistic oasis, an ancient renovated 19th century stazzo, together with another recently built building, also in "stazzu" style.
The properties constitute two separate bodies and are immersed in the greenery of a garden of approximately 8,000 m2, all fenced and cultivated with olive trees, figs, pomegranates, essences and arboreal plants with flowers of various colours. On the estate there is a thousand-year-old mastic tree, unique in all of Sardinia and perhaps among the oldest in Europe. The area is particularly quiet, far from the noise and stress of the Emerald summers, ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday without giving up the proximity of the beaches and shopping centres.
The estate can be reached via a short private dirt road, always kept in excellent condition; an ever green avenue takes us to the first house of about 60 m2, where we are greeted by a small veranda which leads to the kitchen, to a room with a wooden ceiling with the ancient restored juniper wood beams still visible, which they remember the old houses of the place; in a corner of the room there is the ancient fireplace that is still functional. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom.
The annex was completely renovated at the beginning of the 2000s, following the characteristic architecture of the place; the shape of the roof is particular, with an arched pitch.
The main house was built in 2000, again in stazzo style, and consists of a large room with fireplace, an open built-in kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the partially covered veranda, the view extends as far as the Gulf of Cannigione. In the basement, a pergola shelters the barbecue area, ideal for summer evenings with friends. Inside there is a large room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The water is guaranteed by a source known since ancient times. The entire land is equipped with an irrigation system with water from the consortium.
