The plot is a short distance from the ss118 road and has a 19 square meter prefabricated building, a terrace on concrete base and a pergola. The interior is divided into two parts and inside there is panel cladding on the walls and ceiling. The house is in good condition. Municipal water is supplied to the site and the lighting of the building is implemented with solar panels, battery and inverter (500W).

It is possible to expand the building to be max 78 square meters. 


The area is partially fenced and access is through a locked gate.

There are 110 olive trees, fruit trees: fig, almond, pomegranate, pear, orange, mulberry.  .

The area is well maintained and, for example, the olive trees produce over 200 liters of olive oil per year at their best.

Cianciana is a small town in the province of Agrigento, it is a hillside town in an excellent postition and enjoys a mild climate throughout the year. The countryside surrounding Cianciana allows spectacular views around the valley of the river Platani. There are many shops, pizzerias, restaurants, two outdoor swimming pools, and an air ambulance service. There are also many parks and interesting natural beauty sites and cultural places of are 30 mins away from the beach (Seccagrande/Eraclea Minoa/San Giorgio/Bovo Marina). And also we are only 40 minutes from the world famous Scala dei Turchi (Turkish Steps) and the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. There also good connections to the main towns of Agrigento, Sciacca, Palermo.
