The rich land crossed by the Magazzolo river boasts the vast Villa Comunale with its enchanting "Viale dei Tigli", the pride of the entire province. Santo Stefano hosts an important hospital "Clinica Attardi" which serves the entire surrounding area. On the State Road SS118 Corleonese-Agrigentina, Santo Stefano Quisquina is located one hour from Palermo, Cefalù, Agrigento and Sciacca.
