A dream terrace overlooking the sea of Stromboli
This splendid seafront residence is located at the corner of Via Gorizia and Via Marina, in first row on the sea of Stromboli. The area is that of Scari, the beating heart of the island, full of small shops, grocery stores, and several bars and restaurants. The architectural style is typical of the Aeolian islands, made up of cubic, linear shapes, low profiles, and colours that blend harmoniously with the landscape, such as the white of the external plaster and the bright shades of the house tiles.
The villa is arranged on one level: the entrance opens onto a lush terraced garden, a unique natural environment composed of cacti, prickly pears, bougainvilleas, olive trees, fruit trees and wild flowers.  Paths and stairs lead up to the panoramic terrace, definitely the highlight of the property, which has two equipped areas covered by a pergola, the so-called 'bagghiu', in perfect Aeolian style, with a stone wash basin, a kitchen and a barbeque area, and an open area to enjoy the warm Sicilian sun.
