The land is flat and extends for 12 hectares, of which 5 are cultivated with olive groves (irrigated with waterworks) and theremaining 7 hectares are currently uncultivated, but for decades they have been vineyards and thanks to the large extension, it is possible, in addition to the already present one, to build a further structure of 3600 m2.



From the agritourism point of view, the Contrada Bosco Falconeria represents one of the areas of the Partinico district with the most facilities such as granges, Masserie, reception halls and various farms.



The viability to reach the property is exceptionally convenient, since it is only 200 meters from the State Road 113, which allows connections to the towns of Partinico, Balestrate, Alcamo, Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, Riserva dello Zingaro, Macari and the Palermo-Trapani expressway.
